Got questions? I’ve got answers.

  • Individual Psychotherapy

    50 minutes — $180

    EMDR Intensives (Personalized EMDR Treatment)

    90-minute intensive — $390
    120-minute intensive — $520

Initially, an EMDR intensive therapy may look like a higher upfront cost than traditional therapy. However, since we will need much fewer sessions than with regular talk therapy to resolve trauma and pain, the overall investment can be significantly lower than a weekly therapy model.

  • Debit, credit, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted. Payments are automatically charged at the end day of the session through the client portal.

You have access to your client portal 24/7 to update payments and get your Superbill (like receipts) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • I am considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance company. I can provide a superbill (documentation) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so I recommend checking directly with your insurance provider.

I am currently in transition to an out-of-network status with Aetna. If you have this insurance, please reach out to inquire about my current intake policy and how we can work together.

  • It’s possible! Many insurance companies reimburse their members for a portion of therapy costs for “out of network” providers. I recommend that you contact your insurance company and ask if they cover “out-of-network” mental health services. Depends on your insurance plan, mental health therapy services may be covered in full, in part, or not at all by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Here are some important questions that you may want to know from your insurance company:

    1. Is prior authorization or approval from my primary care physician required to be reimbursed for out-of-network mental health counseling?

    2. How much of the fee is reimbursed for out-of-network providers within my plan? Code 90837

    3. Will my out-of-network sessions be applied to a separate out-of-network deductible?

    4. Have I met my deductible?

    5. How many out-of-network therapy sessions does my plan cover? (Is it unlimited or is there a max?)

    6. How long will it take to be reimbursed for sessions after I have submitted my claims?

    7. Are there different reimbursement rates for in-person therapy, telehealth in my home, and telehealth somewhere other than my home?

  • Yes. I offer a 12-week, sliding scale program for a limited number of clients who wish to work with me on targeted treatment goals and are not able to pay my full fee.
