Service Rate

Individual Session for therapy clients, 50 minutes $180

Supervision for clinicians, 50 minutes $120

Work Hours:

Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm

Monday – Wednesday 7-8pm

I provide private pay sessions. I’m also currently in network with Aetna and Cigna. I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to see if you have “Out of Network” benefits and if you qualify for reimbursement.

Questions to ask your insurance provider:

• Does my health plan include Out of Network benefits for Mental Health Therapy? Code 90837.
• Do I need to meet a deducible before I’m reimbursed? If so, what is my deductible amount?
• How much will I be reimbursed for Mental Health Therapy once my deducible is met?
• How do I submit a Superbill to my plan for reimbursement?
